  17. Risking the chance that I look like the Eiffel bigot that I am, I'd say  
  18. none for the current language definition of Java.
  19. There are a few essential concepts missing; off-hand I'd count multiple  
  20. inheritance and generic types among them.
  21. It is possible to do without them, but it makes designing good standard  
  22. libraries much more difficult.
